Introduction
The Administrative Regulations Codex [ARC] seeks to outline the standards and guidelines that all members of D19's Administration are to uphold.
"Administrators" are personnel serving in positions of authority, the following ranks are classified as "Administrators", and thereby must follow the Administrative Regulations Codex.
All members of the Command Echelon (GnL+)
All members of the High Command Echelon (SqL+)
All members of the Moderation Team (JMOD+)
All members of the Oversight Echelon
All members of the Overwatch Command Echelon (OwL+)
Section 1. Standards
1.1 - Professionalism
Members of D19 Administration are held to a higher standard, and as such are to remain professional at all times when within District-19 installations. Grammar is not required, however it is encouraged to use grammar.
1.2 - Unbiased Conduct
Administrators are expected to act in an unbiased manner, and treat all members of the community equally.
1.3 - Responsibility
Administrators are expected to be responsible, be it completing tasks on-time or taking responsibility for both their actions, and actions of their subordinates.
1.4 - Respect
Administrators are expected to be respectful to all, be it a superior, or a subordinate.
Section 2. Punishments
Administrators may recieve punishment based on the following criteria:
-Failure to follow the ARC Standards
-Failure to follow CCA/OTA/Divisional guidelines (where applicable)
-Failure to meet quota
-Failure to follow the Community Guidelines
Severe Punishments
(able to be issued by Oversight+ / OIB Chief+)
180+ Day Command Suspension
Command Blacklist
Moderate Punishments
(able to be issued by High Command+ / OIB Supervisor+)
60< day Command Suspension
Demotion by 1 rank
Minor Punishments
(able to be issued by High Command+ / OIB Supervisor+)
7< day Command Suspension
Written Warning
